1. Ownership
When you own a Wild Dog NFT, you own the digital collectible and the rights to the unique Wild Dog image associated with it. Ownership is verified through the blockchain and cannot be revoked unless the NFT is transferred or sold.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
As a Wild Dog NFT holder, you are granted full commercial IP rights to your Wild Dog. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding, etc.). However, this does NOT include rights to the Wild Dogs logo, “W Bone” mark, or any other official branding of the project.
3. Community Engagement
By participating in the Wild Dogs ecosystem, you agree to abide by the community guidelines to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
4. Transfers & Royalties
Every NFT transfer may be subject to royalties as specified on the platform. These royalties help support the project and its community initiatives.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use your Wild Dog NFT in a way that violates laws, promotes hate speech, or harms the reputation of the Wild Dogs project or its community.
6. Disclaimers
Wild Dogs NFTs are collectibles and not financial instruments. The project does not guarantee financial returns or future value. Engage responsibly and do your own research (DYOR).
